Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and coat a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Combine the strawberry cake mix with the oil in a mixing bowl until blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
- Beat softened butter in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing gently.
- Pour in the heavy cream and beat until spreadable.
- Crush the Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries in a zip-top bag.
- Melt a little butter and pour it into the crumb bag, shake to coat.
- Spread the creamy frosting evenly across the cooled cake.
- Top with the Oreo-strawberry crunch mixture, pressing it gently into the frosting.
