- 8 oz Small Mozzarella Balls (Bocconcini)

- 12 Toothpicks or Small Skewers
Instructions
- Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
- Slice each tomato in half.
- Rinse the fresh basil leaves under cold water and pat them dry.
- Combine the halved tomatoes, mozzarella balls, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Toss gently to coat the ingredients without breaking the mozzarella.
- Assemble your bites using a toothpick: start with a half cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf, and then a mozzarella ball.
- Drizzle the assembled bites with balsamic glaze.
- Arrange the Caprese bites on a serving platter.
