- 2 cups linguine pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Combine the cooked linguine, shredded chicken, heavy cream, chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and half of the mozzarella cheese in a large bowl.
- Season the mixture with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Assemble the casserole a day ahead and refrigerate. Allow it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking.
