Description

A warm, hearty casserole that combines tender chicken, creamy sauce, and linguine for a delightful meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups linguine pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine the cooked linguine, shredded chicken, heavy cream, chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and half of the mozzarella cheese in a large bowl.
  4. Season the mixture with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Assemble the casserole a day ahead and refrigerate. Allow it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking.
