Description

Delicious Italian Grinder Sliders filled with turkey, salami, ham, and creamy cheese, topped with a refreshing grinder salad.


Ingredients

  • Turkey slices
  • Salami slices
  • Ham slices
  • Creamy cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
  • Grinder salad (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, Italian dressing)
  • Slider buns or mini sandwich rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Layer the turkey, salami, and ham evenly across the bottom halves.
  4. Add slices of creamy cheese on top of the meats.
  5. Prepare the grinder salad by tossing together the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and Italian dressing in a mixing bowl.
  6. Spoon the grinder salad over the cheese layer.
  7. Gently place the top halves of the buns back on the sliders.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns toast.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a crispier finish, broil the sliders for the last 2-3 minutes. Assemble sliders in advance and store in the fridge, just pop them in the oven when ready to serve.
