Description
Delicious Italian Grinder Sliders filled with turkey, salami, ham, and creamy cheese, topped with a refreshing grinder salad.
Ingredients
- Turkey slices
- Salami slices
- Ham slices
- Creamy cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
- Grinder salad (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, Italian dressing)
- Slider buns or mini sandwich rolls
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Layer the turkey, salami, and ham evenly across the bottom halves.
- Add slices of creamy cheese on top of the meats.
- Prepare the grinder salad by tossing together the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and Italian dressing in a mixing bowl.
- Spoon the grinder salad over the cheese layer.
- Gently place the top halves of the buns back on the sliders.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns toast.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a crispier finish, broil the sliders for the last 2-3 minutes. Assemble sliders in advance and store in the fridge, just pop them in the oven when ready to serve.
