Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff Pastry Dough
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Bacon, crumbled
  • 2 Jalapeños, sliced
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry dough on a lightly floured surface until thin.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and sliced jalapeños in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the rolled dough into strips, approximately 1-2 inches wide.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end of each strip.
  6. Roll the dough over the filling, twisting tightly to form the twists.
  7. Arrange the twists on the baking sheet, leaving space for expansion.
