Instructions

  2. Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the flour and salt gradually, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped nuts gently.
  6. Shape the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the bottoms turn lightly golden.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before rolling in powdered sugar.
