Description

Bite-sized savory sausages wrapped in flaky crescent dough, perfect for parties or movie nights.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Lil Smokies sausages
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Poppy seeds or sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the wide end of each triangle, if using.
  4. Place a Lil Smokie at the wide end of each triangle and carefully roll it up.
  5. Place the rolled pigs in a blanket on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds if desired.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes
