Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened and fragrant.
  3. Introduce the ground chicken, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
  4. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl to create the hot honey feta cream.
  6. Warm tortillas or wraps in a separate skillet or microwave.
  7. Build your wraps by placing the cooked chicken mixture on each tortilla, followed by mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta.
  8. Drizzle the hot honey feta cream over the top and roll each tortilla tightly.

Notes

For a spicier flavor, adjust the red pepper flakes to taste. Great for meal prep—prepare the chicken mixture ahead of time.
