- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened and fragrant.
- Introduce the ground chicken, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
- Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl to create the hot honey feta cream.
- Warm tortillas or wraps in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Build your wraps by placing the cooked chicken mixture on each tortilla, followed by mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta.
- Drizzle the hot honey feta cream over the top and roll each tortilla tightly.
Notes
