Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
  2. Stir until everything is well mixed and scoopable.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and peppermint extract gently.
