Description

Savory cocktail sausages slow-cooked in a buttery ranch seasoning sauce with pepperoncini peppers.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Cocktail Sausages (or turkey/chicken sausages)
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 oz Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 cup Pepperoncini Peppers, halved
  • 1/2 cup Tangy Sauce (or barbecue sauce)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cocktail sausages, diced butter, ranch seasoning, and halved pepperoncini peppers in a slow cooker.
  2. Stir gently to coat all sausages evenly with the sauce.
  3. Secure the lid and cook on low for 240-360 minutes.
  4. Serve warm as an appetizer and enjoy!

Notes

Make-ahead by preparing the mixture the night before and refrigerating. You can also bake in the oven at 325°F (165°C) for about 30 minutes.
