- 6 large croissants, torn into pieces
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup cooked turkey, diced
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Powdered sugar (for serving)
- Jam (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Layer half of the torn croissants in the greased baking dish.
- Add the diced ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese over the croissant layer.
- Pour half of the egg mixture over the layers.
- Add the remaining croissants on top and pour the rest of the egg mixture over everything.
- Let the casserole sit for 15–20 minutes.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes until the top is golden and set.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with warm jam.
