Description

A creamy, no-bake cheesecake filled with fresh berries, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly coated. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in one cup of mixed berries.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining berries.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to set.
