Description

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (67g) Sugar
  • 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup (100g) Cookie Crumbs (Graham crackers or Oreos)
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • Whipped Cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Whip the heavy cream and vanilla until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
