- 1 cup (240ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup (100g) Cookie Crumbs (Graham crackers or Oreos)
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- Whipped Cream for topping
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy for 2-3 minutes.
- Whip the heavy cream and vanilla until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
