- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup key lime juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Lime zest, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the cream cheese: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it achieves a smooth and fluffy consistency.
- Combine ingredients: Gradually add the sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Layering the jars: Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs in each jar followed by the cheesecake mixture. Repeat and finish with cheesecake layer.
- Chill: Refrigerate the jars for at least 120 minutes.
- Garnish & serve: Before serving, sprinkle fresh lime zest on top.
Notes
Make-ahead up to a day in advance. Can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. Use regular limes if key limes are unavailable.
