A delightful no-bake cheesecake layered in jars, combining creamy, tangy key lime flavor with a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Lime zest, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it achieves a smooth and fluffy consistency.
  2. Combine ingredients: Gradually add the sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
  3. Layering the jars: Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs in each jar followed by the cheesecake mixture. Repeat and finish with cheesecake layer.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate the jars for at least 120 minutes.
  5. Garnish & serve: Before serving, sprinkle fresh lime zest on top.

Notes
