Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl until resembling wet sand.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth.
- Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the whipped cream, preserving its airy texture.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Add fresh peach slices and blueberries on top, pressing gently into the filling.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Release from the springform pan, slice, and serve.
