Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining toasted pecans, chewy coconut, and silky caramel for a sweet and crunchy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the pecans and shredded coconut in a mixing bowl.
  2. Melt the caramel sauce in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Enhance the flavor by stirring in the vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
  4. Pour the caramel mixture over the pecans and coconut, coating evenly.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle sea salt on top of each cluster.
  7. Cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes until set.
