Instructions
- Combine the pecans and shredded coconut in a mixing bowl.
- Melt the caramel sauce in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Enhance the flavor by stirring in the vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the pecans and coconut, coating evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Optional: Sprinkle sea salt on top of each cluster.
- Cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes until set.
