Description

A delightful and refreshing no-bake dessert featuring a creamy layer of strawberry cream cheese atop a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted, for crust)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries (sliced)
  • Fresh Mint Leaves (for garnish)
  • Powdered Sugar (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your springform pan to create a solid crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese filling.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of powdered sugar before serving.
