Instructions
- Combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your springform pan to create a solid crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese filling.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of powdered sugar before serving.
