- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup red and blue sprinkles
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Stir to mix and set aside.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the sprinkles and optional white chocolate chips.
- Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan before lifting out and slicing into squares.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute half of the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour or use coconut sugar.
