Scale
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust and spread gently.
- Mix sliced peaches with brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon in another bowl. Spoon this mixture atop the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until the edges are slightly golden and set.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled before slicing into squares.
