Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for drizzle)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  7. Prepare the filling by mixing peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip the heavy cream into stiff peaks and fold half into the peanut butter mixture.
  8. Unroll the cooled cake and spread the peanut butter filling evenly .
  9. Sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups over the filling and reroll the cake without the towel.
  10. Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil together for the drizzle.
  11. Slice the cake and serve immediately or store for later enjoyment.

Notes

Allow the cake to cool completely before rolling to prevent cracks. You can prepare the cake a day in advance for better flavor.
