- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of pecans, chopped
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of corn syrup
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped pecans.
- Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- At the wide end of each triangle, place a generous spoonful of the pecan mixture and roll it up.
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and place the crescents seam-side down.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
