Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Start by softening the cream cheese; then, in a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. In the 9×13-inch dish, layer the bottom with a single layer of graham crackers.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  4. Pour half of the chocolate pudding on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans over the pudding.
  6. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the pecans.
  7. Repeat the layers: another layer of graham crackers, remaining cream cheese mixture, rest of the pudding, remaining pecans, and finish with caramel sauce.
  8. Top it all with a final layer of whipped cream and optional pecans for decoration.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight for best results.
