- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of chocolate pudding
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Start by softening the cream cheese; then, in a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until it’s smooth and creamy.
- In the 9×13-inch dish, layer the bottom with a single layer of graham crackers.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Pour half of the chocolate pudding on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans over the pudding.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the pecans.
- Repeat the layers: another layer of graham crackers, remaining cream cheese mixture, rest of the pudding, remaining pecans, and finish with caramel sauce.
- Top it all with a final layer of whipped cream and optional pecans for decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight for best results.
