- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter, stirring until fully coated. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Make the creamy filling: In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until incorporated.
- Create your layers: Spread half of the creamy mixture over your prepared crust. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans, then drizzle half of the caramel sauce and half of the chocolate chips.
- Build the second layer: Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture, pecans, caramel, and chocolate chips.
- Chill the lasagna: Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes to allow the layers to set.
- Serve and enjoy: Slice into portions and serve chilled.
