Description

A no-bake dessert that combines the flavors of traditional pecan pie with creamy layers, offering a delightful crunch and sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter, stirring until fully coated. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. Make the creamy filling: In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until incorporated.
  3. Create your layers: Spread half of the creamy mixture over your prepared crust. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans, then drizzle half of the caramel sauce and half of the chocolate chips.
  4. Build the second layer: Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture, pecans, caramel, and chocolate chips.
  5. Chill the lasagna: Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes to allow the layers to set.
