- 1 cup espresso, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 1/4 cup crushed pistachios for garnish

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat together until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the pistachio cream using a spatula.
- Pour the cooled espresso into a shallow bowl. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the espresso and layer them in your serving dish.
- Spread a generous layer of the mascarpone mixture over the dipped ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a final thick layer of the mascarpone mix.
- Cover the tiramisu and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes.
- Just before serving, top with the crushed pistachios.
