Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in the fresh raspberries carefully.
  3. Slice the angel food cake horizontally into three even layers.
  4. Spread a layer of raspberry cream between the first and second layers of cake.
  5. Repeat for the second layer, then frost the top and sides with remaining cream.
  6. Garnish with additional raspberries and mint leaves, if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
