Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Begin by cooking linguine or spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside once al dente.
- Heat the Olive Oil: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, pour in the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the Shrimp: Add the shrimp into the skillet. Cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in Wine and Lemon Juice: Introduce the white wine and lemon juice to the skillet, sprinkle in red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss the drained pasta into the skillet and stir until well combined.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
