Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Spoon the mixture into dessert cups, pressing it down to create a crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently with a spatula.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
  7. Mix pureed strawberries with sugar in a saucepan, cooking until it thickens.
