Description

Delightful and visually appealing dessert cups featuring layers of creamy cheesecake, graham cracker crust, and luscious strawberry sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for strawberry sauce)

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of your dessert cups.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until silky smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
  5. Place the strawberries and additional sugar in a blender and puree until smooth for the sauce.
  6. Pour the strawberry sauce over the cheesecake layer in each cup.
  7. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
