- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1/4 cup sugar (for strawberry sauce)
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of your dessert cups.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until silky smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
- Place the strawberries and additional sugar in a blender and puree until smooth for the sauce.
- Pour the strawberry sauce over the cheesecake layer in each cup.
- Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
