Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 pie Crust or Graham Cracker Crust (optional)

- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture. If using gelatin, dissolve it in warm water and incorporate it.
- Prepare the Crust (Optional): If desired, prepare a graham cracker or pie crust and layer the strawberry mixture on top.
- Chill: Cover and let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Serve and Enjoy: Once chilled, serve Strawberry Heaven in bowls or cups, garnished with extra strawberries or a dollop of whipped cream.
