  • 3 ounces strawberry-flavored Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 10 ounces fresh strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping until airy and blended.
  7. Spread the filling evenly over the cooled pretzel layer.
  8. Refrigerate the dessert for about 30 minutes.
  9. Stir together the strawberry gelatin and boiling water until fully dissolved.
