  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granola (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and let them cool completely.
  2. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by placing the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Blend in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble your lasagna: In your 9×13 inch dish, lay down your first layer of cooked noodles. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by a handful of your mixed berries.
  4. Repeat the layers until you use all your ingredients. Finish with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  5. Chill the lasagna in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes (or overnight).
  6. Serve with granola sprinkled on top for added crunch.
