Description
A refreshing and colorful dessert combining tart berries and creamy layers, perfect for sunny gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package of berry-flavored Jello (strawberry or raspberry)
- 2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 package of cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup of water
Instructions
- Prepare the Jello: In a bowl, combine 1 package of berry-flavored Jello with 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Add 1 cup of cold water and refrigerate until partly set—about 1 hour.
- Make the cream cheese layer: In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until creamy and smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well blended.
- Layer the ingredients: In your 9×13 baking dish, start with a layer of graham crackers at the bottom. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers, then layer on half of your mixed berries.
- Add the Jello: Carefully pour half of the chilled Jello over the top of the berries. Repeat the layering process: more graham crackers, the remaining cream cheese mixture, mixed berries, and top it off with the last layer of Jello.
- Chill to set: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
