Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually mix into the wet mixture, folding gently.
  5. Fold in the toffee bits and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, giving space for spreading.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are slightly undercooked.
  8. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

Chill cookie dough for up to 24 hours for enhanced flavor. For air frying, cook at 325°F for 8-10 minutes.
