Description

Ingredients

  • Pink frosting (store-bought or homemade)
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Shape the dough into small rounds and place on a prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to wire racks and topping with pink frosting and chocolate chips.

Notes
